By submitting a project inquiry or entering into a web design agreement with 4D Financial Solutions LLC you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
4D Financial Solutions LLC provides web design, landing page development, and digital presence strategy services through digital.4dfs.net. All projects are custom and scope is defined in a written project agreement prior to work beginning.

All web design projects require a signed project agreement and a 50% deposit before work begins. The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion prior to final file delivery and site launch. Work will not begin without both a signed agreement and confirmed deposit.
Each project includes two rounds of revisions as defined in the project agreement. Additional revision requests beyond the included rounds will be billed at the agreed hourly rate. A revision round is defined as one consolidated set of changes submitted at one time.
Any requests that fall outside the original agreed scope will require a written change order with updated pricing and timeline before additional work begins. 4D Financial Solutions LLC reserves the right to decline scope changes that are not feasible within the current project.
The client is responsible for providing all content, images, copy, logos, and materials needed for the project in a timely manner. Delays caused by late client submissions may extend the project timeline. 4D Financial Solutions LLC is not responsible for delays resulting from client inaction.
Upon receipt of final payment the client receives full ownership of the final delivered website files and design assets created specifically for their project. 4D Financial Solutions LLC retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing. Third-party tools, fonts, and libraries used in the project remain subject to their respective licenses.
4D Financial Solutions LLC makes no guarantees regarding website traffic, search engine rankings, conversion rates, or business outcomes resulting from a completed web design project. Results vary based on many factors outside our control including but not limited to marketing effort, industry competition, and content quality.
4D Financial Solutions LLC shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of a delivered website, delays in project completion, or reliance on any information provided through this site.
By submitting a project inquiry and engaging the services of 4D Financial Solutions LLC you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 4D Financial Solutions LLC, its owner, representatives, and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses including reasonable attorney fees arising out of or related to your use of any delivered website, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, your breach of any representation or obligation stated herein, or any content you provide for inclusion in your project.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
